12 V to 230 V Car Power Inverter, 300 W

The practical 12 V to 230 V car power inverter with an output of up to 300 W lets you power selected devices in a car, caravan or boat. It features a 230 V socket, connection to the car cigarette lighter or directly to the battery, and protection against overload, short circuit and overheating.

The inverter converts 12 V DC direct current from the vehicle's onboard electrical system into 230 V AC alternating current. It is suitable for use where a standard power grid is unavailable – for example, in a passenger car, caravan or boat. It can power compatible appliances, lamps, mobile phone chargers, laptops and portable televisions with a maximum power consumption of 300 W.

For safe operation, the car inverter is equipped with protection against overload, short circuit, overheating, and excessively low or high battery voltage. In the event of an overload or overheating, the device switches off and automatically switches on again once the problem has been resolved. An LED indicator and low battery voltage warning provide information about its status.
