The past lies right beneath your feet! As a team of paleontologists, you explore an excavation site and uncover fossils hidden in the ground. The game uses a clever mechanic: using a suction-cup shovel, you lift a game board tile and, based on the underside, find out whether it’s a piece of a fossil, a stone, or a special action. The goal is to uncover as many finds as possible together before all the shovels get damaged.
The game was a hit in France and was nominated for the Złote Asy award. Thanks to 3D elements and a 4-layer board, it offers children a very hands-on and fun “excavation” experience.
