BoBoBon! is a fast and super easy trick-taking card game where you try to win as many tricks as possible—except not every trick is worth it. Depending on the revealed sugar token, you play for stars, or an ant appears instead, which can steal a point from you. Smart timing, following suit correctly, and a bit of luck decide the outcome.
In each round, you reveal a sugar token that determines what is being played for: one star, two stars, or an ant. Your goal is to have as many stars as possible at the end—you get them by collecting candies and winning tricks, but watch out: if the ant appears and you take the trick, it can “steal” a point from you.
The game is built on a simple trick-taking principle: the highest card wins and the suit of the first played candy must be followed. If you don’t have that suit, you can discard another card or play the Sweet Tooth Monster—a trump card that is always stronger than the other candies and takes all cards.
