Six colored openings and matching pieces help children practice shape recognition, logical thinking, and hand–eye coordination when inserting the correct piece into the opening.
The inserted shapes fall into the bed, which can easily be tipped back to dump the pieces out. This naturally encourages independent exploration and repeating the activity.
The driver makes a mechanical sound effect when you press his head, with no batteries needed. The removable bed is designed to detach easily and safely from the cab, reducing the risk of pinched fingers.
The Vilac wooden truck combines driving, shape sorting, and dumping the bed. On the top of the bed you’ll find six openings (circle, square, semicircle, triangle, star, and cross) into which the child inserts the matching colored pieces. Once inserted, the shapes drop inside and the bed can be tipped back to dump them out—just like a real dump truck.
In the cab sits a driver who makes a sound without the need for batteries when you press his head. The bed is designed to be detached from the cab easily and safely to minimize the risk of pinched fingers; it can also be used on its own as a small play box.
