This starter set is a great choice for a first plastic model and for more experienced modelers looking for a quick yet detailed project. At 1:350 scale, the model reaches a length of 192 mm, and thanks to a smart breakdown of 35 parts, it offers a pleasant build with excellent results. Authentic details, such as the anti-aircraft armament and realistic conning tower, give the finished model an impressive appearance.
The package includes three Revell acrylic paints (5 ml), Revell Contacta Professional Mini glue, and a brush – so you can start right out of the box without buying additional equipment. Decals for U998 (5th Flotilla, Kiel, 1943) and U1004 (31st Flotilla, Hamburg, 1944) let you choose the historical version you prefer.
