Each arm band has two separately inflatable chambers that create split buoyancy and contribute to a more confident feel when practicing basic movements.

Inflate the arm bands before use – each chamber separately – and check that they fit correctly on the arms (a total of 4 chambers are checked). After swimming, rinse the arm bands, let them dry, and store them away from sharp objects. Once deflated, they can be easily folded into a small bag.
